Graduate Gemmologist and Jewelry designer Marta Bordes, participated in the Toronto Fashion Week with her new collection of striking pieces for Huntress.
Marta Bordes traveled to Tanzania for two weeks to participate as a special guest to a serie of programmes called ‘gem hunt’ by Travel Channel. After this trip Marta designed a collection of bags inspired in Tanzania.
Marta Bordes made an exhibition together with her brother (sculptor and paintor) Francisco Bordes and the French Sculptor Annie Blanchet, in London at ‘the gallery on the corner’ on March 2012.
Marta Bordes made her first exhibition in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria at the hotel Santa Catalina in May 2011. She presented her two collections: ‘Nautilus Dreams’ and ‘Nights and Moons’. She also showed bespoke jewelry in 18 k gold.
